This error is due to the Template for Request For Quotation being changed to the rfqecom.xlsx in one or both of the following two places:
[System > Settings > Order Settings > Templates and headers]:
OR
[Fleet > Units > (Click to open the unit) > Settings > Order Templates]:
This template used the OrderReport.rpx so this should always be set to Order as the following other 3 templates:
The rfqecom.xlsx is using the "Send request for quotation" feature on a purchase order, as shown below:
