System.Exception: RelatedDataView is Disposed

The error "System.Exception: RelatedDataView is disposed" can in some cases appear after an upgrade of the TM Master v2 client has taken place. This is because certain user settings from previous versions of TM Master may be incompatible with new functionality in the upgraded version.
