How to transfer ownership of an order

When a draft is created onboard in a “unit” system, the unit system gets the “ownership” of the document(draft). This means that only users logged onto the unit system, with the appropriate user rights, can “Approve” the draft. The same applies for draft created in the “office” system, only users logged into the “office” system may approve it. It is however possible to give the “ownership” for a draft to the opposite side, using the “Transfer ownership functions”, here is how.

1. Open the draft in question. (Function is only available for “Drafts”)
2. Click “Status” → “Transfer Owner ship to <Opposite system>”

If in the office system <Opposite system> = Unit, In the unit system <Opposite system> = Office.
