How to set an order to “On Order” without sending it

In some cases, it might be useful to set an order “On Order” without, going through the processes of sending the order. This function will still do all related actions happening when actually sending an order. The only difference is that it will not show any type of “send order” dialog.

1. Open the requisition\order in question
2. Click “Status” → “On Order” in the top text menu
3. The following dialog will show, asking for a reason, the order is not to be sent. Enter a short description, which will be stored in the orders history records

1. All check related to “sending and order” will be performed
2. Click [OK] when system ask to save the changes.
3. Order status is now “On Order”
