How to Add a Cause Type

Cause Types are used in Failure Reporting, HSEQ, and Failure Reporting. 

The Cause Type module is found within the HSEQ section of TM Master:

To add a cause type, you must first select a node of the category tree, and then use the arrow to reveal the Add Cause Type option:

Finally, fill in the details of the cause type and click 'OK' to save:

(Note: 'HSEQ Area' options may be customized under Administration > Codes > HSEQ Area)
