How to fix error "Failed to request Report"

Sometimes when you try to generate "Report", you receive error message: "Failed to request report"
This article will help you how to repair it.

- Please log on to computer with OCEAN installed using admin account as one service should be started.

- Click Start

- In the textbox write: services.msc

- "Component Services" window will be displayed

- Click on "Services(Local)" on the left part of the window

- Find Seagull Service:  Seagull Report Generator Service (STA40_STA40) 

- Right click on it, and select "RESTART"
- Finally change startup type from 'Automatic' to 'Automatic(Delayed)'

Please make sure that above service is running and try to generate Report again.
