How to provide OLP application log

When you encounter an error in the OLP application, please provide a detailed log from the application to help us troubleshoot the reported issue. Please follow the procedure to generate the logs.


  • Browse and locate folder "C:\Ocean_Services_Storage_(OCEAN_OCEAN)\Logs\STA4_SrvOutbox" and copy the file "Outbox Service (OCEAN_OCEAN).log" and send to us
  • Next, start the Log Extractor application (C:\Program Files (x86)\Seagull\STA\Tools\LogExtractor or C:\Program Files (x86)\Ocean\OLP\Tools\LogExtractor).
  • Select all the log, select 'Only the lastest' or shown below
  • Uncheck the option “Divide logs’ package into smaller segments” option if you do not have any restrictions regarding email size.
  • Click “Collect logs”.
  • Choose a destination location where compressed log files are to be saved.
  • When completed, send the log files to us.
