How to restart OLP related services

Due to various reasons on the computer where OLP application is installed, some service may not start up timely on the computer. You can try to restart the service and observe if  OLP application resume normal operations.

1. Log into the Windows Administrator account

2. In the search/run field please insert: services.msc and press enter.

3. Find services listed below and check if they are running. If not running, select the service and start it by right-clicking and choosing start.

4. If the services are running,  please restart them by right-clicking and choosing restart.

- ASP.NET State Service

- SQL Server (SEAGULL2012)

- Seagull System Upgrade

- Seagull Report Generator Service

- Seagull Outbox Service

- Seagull Maintenance Service

- Seagull Long Operation Service

- Seagull Importer Service

- Seagull Data Exchange Service
