Promotion process

The correct process for promotion is as follows:

1. The crew is nominated under Promotion>Promotions

In the crew profile, it is showing Pending promotion

2. The crew is approved

In the crew profile, the approved promotion is visible

3. A new onboard movement is added with the new rank 

4. After the movement is committed, the new rank will be automatically changed into the new rank (from the crew profile) according to the promotion
