The conversion of a varchar data type to a datetime data type resulted in an out-of-range value

Windows 10 sometimes sets the Norwegian short and long time formats to use a period instead of a colon. This can be fixed by going to Windows Control Panel > Region and changing the formats to use a colon as the separator.
